Guidelines of Building Permissions:
Building permission files are processing in Development permission management system (DPMS) through online which is compelled with GOMS No.168 MA&UD Dated: 07.04.2012.
Requirements:
- Registered Ownership documents attested by gazette officer.
- Link documents attested by gazette officer.
- Encumbrance Certificate duly signed by Sub register.
- Present Market value Certificate duly signed by sub Registered.
- Affidavits which are applicable (Mortgage/Road affected/Indemnitybonds)
- Common affidavit duly signed by (LTP/architect/Licensed Surveyor, builder &owner),
- Any valid identity proof.
With the above documents the applicant need to submit Drawing of proposed constructions through licensed surveyor.
